Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Gradup when you use Gradup (thegradup.com). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the site, you accept these terms.

1About Gradup

Gradup is an independent practice platform for students of Virtual University of Pakistan. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of Virtual University. Course codes and titles are used only to help students find the right practice.

2Your account

  • Give correct information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share your login with anyone.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

3Free month, plans and payments

  • New students get 1 month of full access for free after verifying their email.
  • After the free period you can keep full access with a monthly plan (Rs 150) or a semester plan (Rs 499 for 5 months). Prices may change, but a change never affects time you have already paid for.
  • Payments are made through the local payment methods shown on the Plans page and are checked by our team. Your access is extended once the payment is approved.
  • Referral rewards give free months of access. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4Fair use

To keep Gradup fair for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Copy, download, sell or republish our questions, explanations or other content.
  • Use bots, scripts or other tools to scrape the site or take quizzes automatically.
  • Use Gradup to cheat in a real Virtual University quiz, assignment or exam.
  • Post or ask for leaked, real or confidential exam papers.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

5Community rules

  • Be kind and respectful. No abuse, hate, harassment or personal attacks.
  • Stay on topic: the course, its lectures and MCQs.
  • No spam, advertising, links to unsafe sites, or sharing of personal phone numbers.
  • You are responsible for what you post. By posting, you allow Gradup to show your post on the site.

We may hide or remove any post and suspend accounts that break these rules. Use the Report button to tell us about a problem.

6Our content and its accuracy

The questions on Gradup are practice questions written by our team in the style of past exams. They are not official Virtual University papers. We work hard to keep them correct, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please use the Report button so we can fix it. Always use your official handouts and lectures as your main source.

7Intellectual property

The Gradup name, logo, design, questions and explanations belong to Gradup. You may use them for your own personal study only. Course names and codes belong to their owners.

8Ads

Gradup shows ads to keep plans affordable. We are not responsible for products or websites shown in ads.

9Ending your account

You can stop using Gradup any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shares its login or misuses the site. Paid time on an account closed for breaking these terms is not refunded.

10No guarantee and limit of liability

Gradup is a practice tool. We do not guarantee any marks, grades or results. The site is provided "as it is", and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Gradup is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site. If we are found responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
